Even if we offer you our high-quality products in different sizes, it can happen that they do not fit perfectly. Perhaps the sleeves are too short/long or the length needs to be altered.

 

For all pako-fashion and handtrade products, we offer customised products at an extra charge. The costs of an alteration are made up of material, labour and transport. Particularly complex alterations are associated with a higher price.

 

To shorten, lengthen, tighten or widen the sleeves of a jumper, for example, would mean a 10% surcharge. If a dress size is required that we do not offer in the shop - e.g. women's size XL - this is possible with a 15% surcharge on the regular price.

• In all our efforts to fulfil your wishes, we must also ask for your patience. In order to minimise the impact on the environment as well as the costs of production and transport, we need to be well organised and this may take some time.

 

• The delivery time is also influenced by the availability of the relevant wool.

 

We will inform you about all these important points in advance. Only then will you decide whether you wish to pay for the order.
